Our Mission

"The mission of the West Virginia Association of Counties is to achieve unity of purpose among elected county officials in order to promote the professionalism, innovation, and preservation of county government for the benefit of the citizens they serve to create a better West Virginia."

Our Members

We represent West Virginia's elected county officials, the constitutional offices of county commissioners, county clerks, circuit clerks, sheriffs, assessors and prosecuting attorneys.

Our Location

Our work takes us to all 55 counties   but we are headquartered in close  proximity to the State Capitol Complex in Charleston at 2211 Washington Street.
